Had a fruitful committee meeting where we needed management input on a number of issues. Decided on size of patio enlargement; asked secretary to contact local councillor to be referee for a Sport England Grant Application; considered cots and revenue of project [will now produce a breakdown for action group to consider]; discussed sourcing of materials documents; and presented a NWCF in numbers report – predicted need 175 volunteers on the day and that £60,000 of work will then be completed.
