Project plans and pictures of 'before the event'

Spent weekend developing ‘detailed planning sheets’ in preparation for Wednesday’s action group meeting. Need to have a good idea of actually how much ‘stuff’ we really need to complete planned projects. This is all about the detail – down to the two extra clothes pegs we need in the umpired room.

The Graham Draycott Pavilion will be the focus of the day
